What is the difference
between “Book Now” and
“Request”
For items shown
as "Book Now” you can book online through our secure server and you will
receive an email confirming the booking within few minutes, sent to the email address
that you provided to us at the time of placing the booking.
For items showing
as “Request” we will contact the supplier/hotels on your behalf and respond to you
within 48 hours advising if the items have been confirmed or not. In the event that
you have entered credit or debit card details at the time of placing the request
no payment will be processed until the items have been confirmed.
Q. Will I be charged
if I cancel a booking - what is the minimum period of notice?
Our standard charge
for cancelling a booking is £20.00 per person, or if the booking is cancelled within
72 hours notice or less, the hotel will levy a charge of the first night’s accommodation.
Q. Can I make a
name change if I cannot travel?
Yes, a name change
can be made provided you contact us 24 hours prior to your arrival so that we can
inform the hotel of this change. There will be no further charges involved with
this action.
Q. What happens
if I can't check-in on the first day of my booking?
You can contact us
on our standard office number which is 0870 027 5238 and one of our customer services
representatives will be at your service. However in the circumstance that you will
not be arriving as planned and you fail to contact the hotel or our team 72 prior
to your arrival, the hotel reserve full rights to cancel your booking and re-sell
your room. In this instance, the hotel will levy a charge of the first night’s accommodation.
Q. Do I have to
re-confirm my booking?
No you do not have
to re-confirm your booking at all. Once your booking has been made with us the hotel
receives your details immediately and securely. You can be fully assured of your
hotel booking with eHotelBookings.
Q. What documentation
will I receive after making my booking?
Once you have made
your booking with eHotelBookings you will receive an instant confirmation of your
booking via e-mail. If you do not receive e-mail within 24 hours of making
your booking then you may contact our customer services team on 0870 027 5328 to
request another e-mail.
Q. Is the total
price shown, per person or per room ?
The total price shown
is in regards to the price per room.
Q. Are my credit
card and personal details secure?
All your details provided
to us our encrypted upon entry. Our website is hosted on a secure server basis and
we do not pass your credit card or personal details onto any third party company.
Q. Do I have to
pay the whole amount due when I make the booking?
Yes the whole amount
is required to be paid upon purchase in order to confirm your booking and reserve
the room.
Q. What credit
/ debit cards can I use to make payment?
We currently
accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo and UK debit and Maestro cards. European debit cards
may be used if they contain a Visa logo facility.
Q. Why are there
occasional price differences throughout the year?
There may be occasional
price differences throughout the year and these may vary regarding which season
you are booking in, whether it being a low or high season. In some occasions during
the year your preferred booking dates may not be available due to major trade fairs
or localised events. During these periods, the hotels often increase the prices
of their normally discounted rates. This is usually the case when availability is
scarcer. However, our team will always strive to find you the best priced hotels
in accordance to your request.
Q. Is it cheaper
to book with you than direct with the hotel?
Yes, we can fully
assure you that it is cheaper and much more efficient to book with us at eHotelBookings
rather than directly with the hotel. We offer competitive rates and always endeavour
to find you the most competitively priced hotel.
Q. Do you offer
any hotel special offers or discount deals online?
Yes, we are always
happy to offer a full range of hotel discounts and special offers. These offers
are always subject to availability and can be purchased through our online reservation
service and our call centre. These offers are regularly updated and tend to promote
weekend offers or seasonal promotions. Please notify that only one offer is permitted
with each booking and long stays can’t be split into more than one booking in order
to gain more free nights. If this turns out to be the case, such bookings may be
refused by the hotel on arrival or you will be charged their standard room fee.

Q. What standard
of hotels can I book online?
We offer a variety
of hotel accommodation in all major cities and beach resorts throughout Europe which
consist of a fair selection of 2 star budget hotels, superb quality and serviced
3 star and 4 star hotels and luxury 5 star hotel accommodations. we offer quality
hotels which are carefully selected for their excellent value for money.
Q. What do I do
if I want more information on certain hotels?
We provide a full
hotel description and information page on our website for every hotel and apartment
we have to offer. However, if you require further information or details regarding
a specific hotel then you can call our customer care team on 0870 027 5238 and one
of our member of staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Q. What time can
I check in at the hotel?
In most hotels, check
in time commences at 15:00pm in order to allow the rooms to be fully serviced and
thoroughly cleaned after the previous occupant(s). Many hotels allow luggage to
be dropped off during the day. However, please note that if you fail to present
yourself at check in by 9:00 the following day then the hotel reserves full rights
to re-sell your room and in some cases charge you.
Q. What is the
latest time that I can check out?
In most cases, check
out time is around 11:00am; however this may be compromised in agreement with the
hotel which may consist of a small fee. Most hotels allow luggage to be left at
reception in order to be collected later on upon leaving for the airport.
Q. Will there be
any additional charges for facilities at the hotel?
Additional charges for facilities at the hotel vary between each hotel. However,
you can request certain facilities upon making your booking which will be added
to your booking and the hotel will be informed of this. Any service charges are
subject to the hotel’s price and cannot be altered or changed by us.
Q. Can I make specific requests to the hotel - i.e. disabled
facilities, non-smoking rooms ?
Special requirements
can be facilitated for at many hotels and in order to check if such requirements
can be made at your hotel then please feel free to contact our customer services
team via email or phone and we will check with the hotel if they can accommodate
your request.
Q. Are all rooms en-suite?
Most of our rooms are en-suite; however, we will advise you
when they are not.
Q. What is the difference between
buffet and continental breakfast?
Continental
breakfast will typically consist of croissants, rolls or bread, cold meats, fruit,
cereals, tea / coffee and fruit juices. Buffet breakfast will usually consist of
croissants, rolls or bread, salami and other meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals,
fruit, jams & spreads, tea / coffee and fruit juices. There may also be some
hot food choices, such as sausages, eggs and bacon.
Q. Can I book children or groups online?
At the moment children bookings cannot be made online, however
you can call our customer services team on 0870 027 5238 for more information regarding
your request. Group bookings can be made on our site and over the phone.
Q. Can children under the age of 18 book and stay in accommodation
alone?
Children under the age of 18 may be refused single accommodation
if they arrive without a responsible adult due to legal and safety reasons. Please
contact our customer care team for further information as some hotels may make exceptions
for age restrictions.
