We have our own holidays on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January), so our offices are closed.
If you get an urge to call us when we are closed, we’ll leave the answerphone on so you can leave us a message (we’ll call you back if you leave your number)
If you need us when you are away, you can call us 24 hours a day on 0870 027 5238. When our offices are closed, our answerphone will give you our UK mobile number, so please call us on that. We’d like it if you used this number only for emergencies when you are away – if you need to speak to us at any other time, our numbers are here.
It’s rare, but if you are dissatisfied in any way, and you would like to make a complaint after your stay, we’d like to hear from you within 14 days of your return, and we promise to investigate all your comments.
We’ll reply to you within 2 working days to let you know that we’ve read your comments and are working on them. We’ll respond fully within 14 working days unless circumstances are really exceptional, when we’ll update you after 14 days and send your full response in 21 days.

In the unlikely event that you do find a lower price elsewhere, we will refund the difference. Simply contact us on 0870 027 5238 or email us with the details of the lower price within 24hrs of making your booking. We will verify the new price and refund the difference.
